These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, including all related subdomains, services, digital products, online course(s), including Six-Figure Videographer, and all content and offerings provided by Low Light LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing any products, services, or courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

5. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

The Six-Figure Videographer course and all materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not offer business, legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before acting on any information provided.

6. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Every business is different, and your results will vary. Kiely Mizumoto and Low Light LLC do not guarantee income or success from applying strategies taught in our content. Your results depend on your own actions, effort, experience, and circumstances.

7. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase, all digital product sales, including courses, are final and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

8. TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

Testimonials on the website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Low Light LLC an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your submission for marketing or promotional purposes.
