These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Low Light LLC (“Low Light,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a video production and education company operated by Kiely Mizumoto. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, including all related subdomains, services, digital products, online course(s), including Six-Figure Videographer, and all content and offerings provided by Low Light LLC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing any products, services, or courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the website or Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have full authority to agree to these Terms.

1.2 If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. WEBSITE AND SERVICE USAGE

2.1 Low Light LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use only, in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works of, or exploit any content on our website or Services without our express written consent.

2.3 You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that interferes with the operation of the website.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and course materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Low Light LLC. You may not use any of our trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

5. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY

The Six-Figure Videographer course and all materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not offer business, legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before acting on any information provided.

6. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

Every business is different, and your results will vary. Kiely Mizumoto and Low Light LLC do not guarantee income or success from applying strategies taught in our content. Your results depend on your own actions, effort, experience, and circumstances.

7. REFUNDS

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee for The Six-Figure Videographer course: if you do not land a paid videography job worth $3,000 USD or more within 21 days of completing the course, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for this refund, you must meet all of the following criteria and provide clear, verifiable proof that you fully implemented the system outlined in the course:

1. Course Completion
You must complete 100% of the course content within 21 days of purchase. This includes all video modules and review of included templates and tools.

2. Outreach Execution
You must send at least 500 cold outreach emails using the strategies, templates, and workflow provided in the Outreach and Lead Generation modules.
You must provide clear proof of this outreach, including:

Screenshots or exports from your email platform (such as Gmail, Apollo, or another tool) confirming that outreach was executed within the 21-day window.

3. Deck Usage
You must demonstrate that you created and used a customized Brand Deck and/or Pitch Deck during your outreach process.

4. Active Follow-Up
You must show evidence of at least one round of follow-up messages or replies to prospects who expressed interest, using the strategies taught in the course.

5. No Paid Job Secured
You must confirm that no videography job worth $3,000 USD or more was booked, contracted, or accepted within the 21-day period, and that no such deals are pending or under negotiation.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 25 days of purchase, with all required documentation attached.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the above conditions are not fully met or if we determine the system was not followed in good faith.

8. TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

Testimonials on the website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant Low Light LLC an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your submission for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Low Light LLC, Kiely Mizumoto, and all affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 30 days.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or accurate.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Low Light LLC, Kiely Mizumoto, and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan (or virtually, if agreed). You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class action claims.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
